Material:
1 Red Chenille Stem
1 White Chenille Stem
12 Inches White Ribbon (3/8" wide)
Hot Glue or Tacky Glue
Scissors

How to:
These little hearts make a wonderful Valentine gift for the little ones. You can add a little note to the bottom
center of the heart, with "Be Mine", etc. They are an easy project for even the youngest children,
but very cute! They take minutes to assemble and won't leave a horrible mess behind!

These are very simple and take only minutes to assemble. I used a very fluffy chenille stem for the heart and
a regular chenille stem for the arrow.  Begin by folding your red chenille stem in half.  Twist the open ends of
the chenille stem together.

Pinch the folded section and push down toward the joined area to form a heart shape.

For the arrow, cut a white chenille stem to a 6" length. Cut another piece of white to a 1 1/2"
length, and another white piece to a 1" length.

Twist your 1 1/2" piece around the 6" length (securely) and shape the arrow point.

Twist your 1" length around the 6" length (securely) and shape to form the arrow end.

Glue your arrow in place (refer to photo).

Glue in place a 6 to 7 inch piece of ribbon to form a hanger, tie a little bow and glue to cover the ribbon
hanger ends.
